You can read it on oscillator :)

You can push your 040 to 33-40MHz (upto 33 if you have SCSI) by replacing
oscillator. But remember that BVision gets overclocked also! 160MHz PPC can
be pushed to 200-233MHz by changing bus multiplier and/or replacing
oscillator. I overclocked few such cards and only one worked only upto
200MHz. The rest work happily at 225 or 233MHz.
